Job Description

As an HR Recruitment Specialist at our company, you will play a crucial role in leading talent acquisition efforts while also supporting broader HR and operational functions. Your dynamic and detail-oriented approach, along with your strong interpersonal skills, proactive mindset, and ability to efficiently balance multiple responsibilities, will be key to your success in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates. - Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to meet both current and future organizational requirements. - Collaborate with hiring managers to comprehend the organization's manpower needs and align recruitment strategies accordingly. - Enhance employer branding through the implementation of innovative sourcing and engagement techniques. - Support employee engagement initiatives and participate in cultural activities to foster a positive work environment. - Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless workflow and provide necessary support. - Ensure compliance with company processes and contribute to operational efficiency. - Utilize your strong knowledge of recruitment methods and HR practices to drive successful hiring outcomes. - Demonstrate excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills throughout the recruitment process. - Manage multiple responsibilities effectively by leveraging your ability to multitask and oversee both HR and operations tasks. - Utilize your proficiency in MS Office, HR software, and ATS tools to streamline recruitment processes. - Exhibit a detail-oriented and organized approach while actively contributing as a valuable team player. Qualifications: - Hold a Bachelors or Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. - Have at least 3 years of experience in recruitment and HR operations. - Experience in handling additional operational tasks will be considered an added advantage.,
