Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Corporate Recruiter based in Bhilwara. The Corporate Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing and attracting top talent, coordinating with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, conducting interviews, and ensuring seamless onboarding. The role includes developing and maintaining talent pipelines, managing recruitment platforms, and contributing to the overall employee attraction and retention strategy.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in full-cycle recruitment, talent acquisition, and sourcing strategies
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in using recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and job boards
• Attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously
• Familiarity with employment laws and HR best practices
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous recruitment experience in the textiles or manufacturing industry is a plus
