Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Noida for a Corporate Recruiter. The responsibilities of the Corporate Recruiter include managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs. The role also involves developing recruitment strategies, maintaining a talent pipeline, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. The candidate will be responsible for reporting recruitment metrics and staying updated with industry trends to enhance hiring processes.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in sourcing and screening candidates using various platforms and tools
  • Skills in recruitment strategy development and talent pipeline management
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
  • Knowledge of recruitment best practices and market trends
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Relevant experience in corporate recruitment roles
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
