Location: Hyderabad Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Manager to join our growing Portfolio Management Group. The primary responsibility of this role is to work closely with clients to monitor the performance of financing transactions across various asset classes in structured finance, covering different geographies. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills and a holistic understanding of the commercial lending domain. Collaborate with clients to monitor investment transactions across multiple asset classes. 2. Demonstrate a solid understanding of commercial lending processes, particularly corporate loans. 3. Manage the financial spreading and covenant monitoring processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance. 4. Supervise and lead a team of financial analysts. 5. Conduct financial statement analysis and review loan agreements. Requirements: 1. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel. 2. Superior communication skills written, verbal, and interpersonal. 3. Bachelor's degree/MBA/advanced degree in finance. 4. Extensive experience in credit analysis/financial spreading or a similar role, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership position.
