Business Head/Credit Head - Supply Chain Finance
Location: Mumbai Function: Business / Supply Chain FinanceWe are looking for a strategic and growth-focused leader to drive our Supply Chain Finance verticalowning the P&L, forging ecosystem partnerships, spearheading product innovation, and building a robust, tech-enabled financing platform.Key Responsibilities:Define and execute SCF business strategy aligned with organizational goals.Drive revenue growth, AUM expansion, and profitability across vendor, dealer/distributor, payables & receivables financing.Build strong relationships with anchor corporates, fintechs, vendors, dealers, and channel partners.Develop and launch innovative and digital-first SCF products.Ensure portfolio quality, compliance, and strong risk governance.Lead and mentor a high-performing SCF team across sales, credit, operations & tech.What We’re Looking For:MBA/PGDM with 15–20 years of experience in Banking, NBFCs, or Fintech.Proven track record in leading and scaling SCF businesses.Deep expertise in corporate relationships, credit, risk, and compliance.Strong strategic thinking, P&L ownership, and digital mindset.Industry knowledge across FMCG, Manufacturing, Retail, etc.Exceptional people leadership, negotiation, and execution skills. Ideal Profiles May Include:Head of Supply Chain Finance at a leading Bank/NBFCNational Business Head – Corporate Lending with strong SCF focusSenior VP/EVP leading SCF verticalsProduct/Business Heads with experience in vendor/dealer finance
