Description
As a Business Analyst in commercial lending at Mizuho Global Services Pvt Ltd, you will play a crucial role in planning, promotion, management, and reporting of various projects related to corporate or commercial lending. Here's what you can expect in this role: **Role Overview:** You will be responsible for planning & promoting as a Business Analyst, managing & reporting on lending-related IT projects, and overseeing project execution while coordinating between teams. Additionally, you will strategically lead entire projects with full ownership, mentor junior team members, and act as a thought leader in discussions with top management and external stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities:** - Business requirement validation with use cases in the prototyping phase - Establish and introduce new work procedures and/ or workarounds - Planning and promotion of user tasks from BAs perspective - Conducting studies to analyze system effectiveness and cycle time - Providing training to local and overseas users - Providing support in User Acceptance Testing - Liaising with End Users, Vendors, and Head Office in migration and other project tasks - Assisting in the preparation of System and Operation manuals - Supporting User Acceptance Testing (including Test Case Creation and Issue Management) - Conducting Client Impact Analysis and Support Customer Notification - Supporting the Team as a Subject Expert in the management of Lending related IT Projects - Facilitating in system function and workflow design - Monitoring task progress of the user side, conducting issue & risk management, and providing support for solving them - Providing insights and feedback to project planning with Area PM - Other regular reporting such as regional progress, challenges, and success to BA leads **Role-Specific Duties:** - Leading entire projects with full ownership - Mentoring junior team members and acting as a thought leader - Representing the organization in discussions with top management and external stakeholders - Overseeing project execution and coordinating between teams - Developing detailed analyses and maintaining organized documentation - Supporting daily PJ tasks assigned, including documentation and reporting - Assisting in translating requirements into actionable solutions **Qualification:** - Bachelor's degree in finance, business, IT, or a related field **Required Skills/Experiences/Personalities:** - Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a business analyst in corporate or commercial lending - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills - Proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, and MS Office - Experience with both agile & waterfall project methodologies If you meet the qualifications and experience requirements and are interested in this exciting opportunity, kindly share your updated CV to mgs.rec@mizuho-cb.com with the following details: - Current location - Current fixed CTC - Notice period - Expected percentage hike Join Mizuho Global Services India Pvt.
