US-Syndication Loan Processing Validate and process on ACBS, along with other applications to accomplish daily functions The approver is responsible for perform loan processing, including drawdowns, renewals, interest and fee claims and secondary loan closing settlement. The end state process requires the approver to work extensively on ACBS system to perform all the above functions Meeting loan application deadlines and Monitoring Tasks needed to complete and validate/process applications Funding request to be validate & preparation as an when needed Payment validation & processing Monitoring & verify settlement of fees to clear received funds for particular facilities/Deal 2.Notice management /ISA Recon Incoming notices from agent to be check and moniter Perform /Validate the events & information mention in notices Apart from these, The approver should also be work on reconciliations, Data validation in system, SOD, EOD control and various other reports as deemed necessary Minimum Qualification: 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in loan operations role Experience with loan operating systems such as ACBS and Loan IQ Experience with specialized lending products (e.g. Asset securitization, Leasing, Collateralized loan obligations, Project finance, Loan trading and or Credit derivatives as necessary) Experience with compliance in a lending domain Proficient in management of lending products Competent oral and written communication skills Interested candidates can send resume on mgs.rec@mizuho-cb.com Address: - Mizuho Global Services India Pvt. 11th Floor, Q2 Building Aurum Q Park, Gen 4/1, Ttc, Thane Belapur Road, MIDC Industrial Area, Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai- 400710.
