Associate Product Manager

Turno (Brand of Blubble Pvt Ltd) is an Electric Vehicle company that helps operators of commercial vehicles to switch to EVs. Turno does this by providing a wide selection of vehicles from partner OEMs, affordable financing, and battery value guarantees to ensure the highest return on value for EV owners.

Turno's mission is to transition gasoline miles to electric miles in India.

Turno is founded by Hemanth Aluru and Sudhindra Reddy Pidapa experienced entrepreneurs in the mobility industry with a strong track record of value creation. Recently, they led Zoomcar, India's largest personal mobility platform.

Commercial Vehicles contribute 80-90% of fuel burnt today - those are the miles we want to replace with EV miles. And even though commercial EVs exist, adoption has been slow.

Job Summary :

• Turno is looking for an Associate Product Manager/Product Manager who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, business, marketing, and operations, to bring new EV loan products to market and improve existing offerings.
• You will leverage customer insights and market research to drive product improvements and ensure that Turno's products meet the evolving needs of our customers.

Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with senior product managers to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for EV loan products.

- Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to inform product decisions, ensuring a customer-first approach.

- Assist in developing detailed product requirements, user stories, and specifications to guide product development.

- Work closely with engineering teams to prioritize and execute on product features, ensuring timely delivery.

- Monitor product performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and drive iterations to enhance user experience.

- Communicate product updates and progress to stakeholders, ensuring alignment across teams.

- Partner with customer support and sales teams to gather insights on user pain points and propose solutions.

- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in the EV and fintech sectors.

- Ensure all products comply with regulatory requirements and align with the company's sustainability goals.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, finance, or a related field.

- 2-4 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or related roles (experience in fintech, EV, or lending industry is preferred).

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail in every aspect of product development.

- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and build strong relationships.

- Customer-obsessed mindset, with a proven track record of gathering customer insights and translating them into actionable product improvements.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.

- Passion for sustainable transportation and a deep understanding of the EV ecosystem is highly desirable.
