Associate Product Manager

Role & responsibilities

Rayna Tours is seeking a proactive and detail-driven Associate Product Manager to support the management and growth of our online product portfolio across B2C and B2B platforms. The role involves maintaining product catalogues, managing supplier relationships, and driving contracting and onboarding initiatives to ensure competitive and high-quality offerings on Rayna Tours websites.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain, update, and optimize the product catalogue for Rayna Tours B2C and B2B websites, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders for product contracting, onboarding, and setup on digital platforms.

Negotiate and manage special offers, promotions, and strategic deals with partners to enhance competitiveness.

Ensure smooth product loading and timely updates of rates, descriptions, imagery, and availability.

Support product audits, quality checks, and performance reviews to maintain excellence across listings.

Liaise with operations, sales, and marketing teams for product launches, promotions, and feature alignment.

Prepare and maintain reports using data tools and MS Office to track performance and identify opportunities.

Qualifications and Skills
Graduate in any discipline.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Comfortable learning and working across multiple systems and product management tools.

Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Strong email etiquette and ability to draft professional correspondence.

Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Prior experience in travel, tourism, or e-commerce industries will be an advantage.
