As a Product Manager at our dynamic B2B SaaS startup based in Jaipur, India, you will play a crucial role in owning the end-to-end lifecycle for our innovative offerings. Your responsibilities will involve running user surveys, interviews, and market research to discover real pain points, creating clear PRDs, user stories, wireframes, and prototypes, and partnering with Engineering, Design, and Ops to launch features quickly and refine them based on real usage data. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct market and user research through qualitative & quantitative studies such as surveys, interviews, and focus groups. - Design a compelling vision and quarterly roadmap for new product lines, prioritizing features based on ROI, effort, and customer value. - Draft detailed PRDs with acceptance criteria and produce wireframes and clickable mockups using tools like Figma or Sketch. - Collaborate with Engineering to break features into sprints, run backlog grooming, sprint planning, and demos, and coordinate user-acceptance testing and rollout plans with Operations & Support. - Track KPIs (adoption, engagement, NPS) and collect ongoing customer feedback to refine the product iteratively. **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum 2 years of experience as a Product Manager in a B2B SaaS environment. - Proven track record of launching 12 successful products or major features. - Hands-on experience with user research methodologies. - Strong written & verbal skills, comfortable crafting PRDs and leading cross-functional workshops. - Familiarity with Agile development processes and tools such as Jira and Trello.
