Associate Product Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Data Management Insights:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and gather relevant app data for user behavior, engagement, and performance.
• Create, maintain, and analyze dashboards to provide actionable insights for product decisions.
• Ensure data integrity by setting up and managing data pipelines, ensuring consistency across platforms.

• Product Development:

• Assist in defining product features and roadmaps based on user feedback, data analysis, and company goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and marketing to implement new features and improvements.
• Prioritize backlog items based on business impact and feasibility.

• User-Centric Focus:

• Use qualitative and quantitative data to develop a deep understanding of user needs.
• Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the apps performance and user satisfaction.

• Documentation Communication:

• Create detailed product requirement documents (PRDs) and feature specifications.
• Communicate updates, progress, and challenges to relevant stakeholders regularly.

• Collaboration:

• Work closely with data analysts, engineers, and growth teams to test and optimize app functionality.
• Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams to ensure alignment on objectives.

Skills Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in product management, data analytics, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in data tools such as Excel, SQL, or data Visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Looker).
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and agile development methodologies.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Experience working with mid-scale apps, preferably in publishing or SaaS.
• Familiarity with tools like JIRA, ClickUp, or other project management software.
• Knowledge of A/B testing, cohort analysis, and user segmentation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
