Role Overview

Associate Product Managers (APM)

fresh graduates or professionals with 0–2 years of experience

As an APM, you will support requirement discovery, documentation, execution tracking, UAT, and continuous improvement of core lending workflows.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Requirement & Execution Support

• Assist in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements for LOS/LMS features
  
• Convert requirements into

  PRDs, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria

• Break down complex problems into clear, executable product tasks
  

2. LOS / LMS Domain Understanding

• Build strong functional understanding of:
  
• Customer onboarding & KYC
  
• Loan application & credit workflows
  
• Repayment schedules (EMI / Pre-EMI), amortization
  
• Disbursement, collections, closures & foreclosures
  
• Understand how NBFCs and Banks operate in real production environments
  

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Engineering, QA, Design, Implementation, and Support teams
  
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos, and retrospectives
  
• Act as a coordination point between business users and tech teams
  

4. UAT, Validation & Quality Assurance

• Support UAT cycles by validating product logic against business expectations
  
• Identify gaps, edge cases, and inconsistencies before production release
  
• Assist in release documentation and feature walkthroughs
  

5. Customer & Internal Stakeholder Interaction

• Participate in client calls, requirement discussions, and solution walkthroughs
  
• Document feedback from customers and internal teams
  
• Support go-lives and post-release issue analysis
  

6. Product Documentation & Continuous Improvement

• Maintain product documentation, process flows, and knowledge repositories
  
• Track feedback, defects, and enhancement requests
  
• Proactively suggest product and process improvements
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

Mandatory:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, Finance, or related field
  
• Strong logical reasoning and structured problem-solving ability
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  
• High attention to detail and ownership mindset
  
• Ability to work in fast-paced, evolving environments
  

Good to Have:

• Basic understanding of fintech, NBFC, or banking concepts
  
• Exposure to software development lifecycle (SDLC)
  
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Notion, or ClickUp
  
• Basic knowledge of SQL, Excel, or data analysis
  
• Internship or project experience in product, business analysis, or fintech
