Job Description

Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and non-IT full time / intern roles. Source, screen, and coordinate interviews to hire top talent. Review background check reports for candidates in the offer stage. Maintain and develop a pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions. Conduct interviews via phone or in-person. Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews. Serve as a contact person for questions from candidates. Meet weekly quotas related to calls and emails. Handling database of the candidate. Requirements: Bachelors/Master's in HR, Business Administration, or related field. Prior experience at least 2+ years in recruitment with at least experience of closing 20 IT positions. Should be an expert in Manpower Planning and strong hands-on job portals. Strong organisational and communication skills. High integrity and reliability; keen judgement and ability to handle confidential information Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Basic IT skills, including proficiency with MS Office, exposure to popular meeting tools and application tracking systems.
