Job Description

Responsibilities: Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive qualified traffic. Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap analysis. Perform on-page optimization, including meta tags, headers, image optimization, and internal linking. Execute off-page SEO campaigns including link building, outreach, and guest posting. Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc. Conduct regular technical SEO audits and collaborate with developers to fix issues. Optimize websites for Core Web Vitals, mobile usability, and page speed. Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are integrated. Stay updated with search engine algorithm changes and adjust strategies accordingly. Prepare and present monthly performance reports to management. Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns. Develop, implement, and manage SEM campaigns across Google Search Ads, Bing Search Ads, and SA360. Stay updated on the latest SEM trends, tools, and best practices. Requirements : Bachelors / Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience managing SEM campaigns, preferably in a digital marketing or agency environment. Preference will be given to candidates having exposure with travel & tourism industry Proficient in Google Search Ads, Bing Search Ads, and SA360. In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, search engine algorithms, and ranking factors. Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar tools. Strong understanding of keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO, and off-page optimization strategies. Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and WordPress management can be a plus Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights. Excellent written skills.
