Digital Marketing Executive

Job Summary:

In this role, you will assist in the execution, optimization, and analysis of paid media campaigns across various digital platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, and programmatic networks. Your goal will be to drive traffic, conversions, and ROI through strategic media buying and data-informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across search, display, social, and video platforms.
• Monitor campaign performance and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.
• Manage budgets and pacing across platforms to ensure efficient spend.
• Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure alignment between ad creatives and campaign goals.
• Conduct A/B tests on ad creatives, targeting, and landing pages.
• Prepare performance reports and present insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Stay updated with platform updates, industry trends, and competitor activity.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in paid media or digital marketing (internships count).
• Familiarity with platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, or similar.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or other reporting platforms is a plus.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
