About the Role

Associate Product Manager (APM)

What You’ll Work On

Own parts of the
global search experience
—ranking, query understanding, and discovery flows.
Drive the
Orchestrator layer
that personalizes widgets, collections, nudges, and content across user states.
Define product specs, write PRDs, create flows, and manage the delivery of end-to-end product features.
Analyse user behavior, funnels, and experiments to identify insights and prioritization opportunities.
Support experimentation frameworks (A/B tests, holdout groups, ranking experiments).
Collaborate with design to build intuitive search and personalized surfaces for users.

What We’re Looking For

0–2 years of experience in product/consulting/data OR strong internships.
Strong analytical thinking — comfort with data, funnels, and A/B tests.
Ability to break down complex problems and propose structured solutions.
Curiosity to learn about user behavior, search systems, and personalization engines.
Clear communication and ability to work cross-functionally.
Experience in fintech is a bonus, but not required.

Must Have Skills

Familiarity with SQL, Mixpanel, or basic analytics tools.
Experience in UI/UX thinking or wireframing tools (Figma, Whimsical, etc.).
