Job Description

As a Corporate Legal Specialist for our company, your role will involve utilizing your expertise in corporate law, contract management, compliance, and legal operations specifically within the IT/ITES industry. You will be responsible for tasks such as reviewing commercial agreements, ensuring statutory compliance, and providing legal support to different internal business units. Key Responsibilities: - Draft, review, and negotiate various agreements including MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, vendor agreements, and client contracts - Ensure adherence to the Companies Act, IT/ITES regulatory requirements, and relevant legal standards - Manage statutory filings, board resolutions, and secretarial documentation - Handle legal notices, pre-litigation matters, and liaise with external legal counsel - Provide guidance to internal stakeholders on legal risks, policies, and contract terms - Stay updated on regulatory changes impacting the IT services sector - Assist in internal audits, risk assessments, and policy implementation Qualifications Required: - LLB/LLM degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate legal matters - Previous experience specifically in the IT/ITES/Consulting industry - Profound knowledge of corporate, commercial, and contract law - Exceptional skills in drafting, negotiation, and communication - Immediate joining availability Please note: Immediate joining is mandatory for this position.,
