Role Overview

Corporate Human Resources Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

• Lead recruitment strategy for restaurant and corporate roles.
• Design structured onboarding and training programs.

• Employee Relations & Engagement

• Foster a positive workplace culture across outlets.
• Handle employee concerns, grievances, and conflict resolution.
• Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives.

• Performance & Development

• Implement appraisal systems and KPI-driven performance management.
• Develop training modules for staff, managers, and franchise partners.

• Compliance & Policies

• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and safety standards.
• Maintain HR documentation, payroll oversight, and statutory requirements.

• Strategic HR Leadership

• Partner with senior management to align HR with business expansion plans.
• Develop workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational development strategies.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in the hospitality/restaurant/retail industry.
• Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR compliance.
• Proven ability to manage multi-location HR operations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing organization.
