• Manage

  corporate HR legal matters

• Ensure adherence to

  labour laws, employment regulations, and corporate governance standards

• Draft, review, and vet

  HR-related legal documents

  , agreements, and notices
• Support HR in

  employee relations, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling

• Coordinate with

  external legal counsels, auditors, and regulatory authorities

• Provide legal advisory support to HR and management on risk mitigation and compliance
• Assist in
