Looking for "Project manager- OSS app maintenance" for a global IT service provider -9-15 years experience based out of chennai Candidate should possess strong Delivery skill:- • Good experience in a similar role with hands-on OSS app maintenance Candidate should own delivery of medium services program • Candidate should be a technical manager, must have delivered various automations to Customers Delivered automations in AI/ML, GenAI, Selenium automations, Scripting, etc. Must be able to quickly interpret the requirements from pain areas of Customers/Internal teams and create solutions for implementation by his/her team. Candidate should lead from front in solving problems being faced by team and exhibit technical, analytical, and logical thinking. • Candidate should own and track routine managerial tasks of his/her program from resource planning/hiring, transitioning, coaching/mentoring, reporting .• Candidate should be fluent with communication, presentation skills. Prepare and Present WSR/MSR, Demo of Automated programs, etc • Establish quick rapport with Customers, Internal teams by solving their expectations. • Candidate should have full control of the project to provide updates to Management and Customer anytime.• Candidate should have contributed to value adds and automations to improve performance of the team. • Excellent communication (written, verbal and presentation) and interpersonal skills. • Self-motivated, decisive, with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands. • Research best practices and use continuous process improvement disciplines to achieve results.
