Corporate Human Resources Manager

You will be responsible for overseeing HR functions across outlets and the corporate office of The Grillax, a fast-growing restaurant franchise brand known for quality food experiences and operational excellence. Your role will involve strong leadership, strategic HR management, and hands-on operational involvement to ensure that the teams are engaged, compliant, and aligned with organizational goals. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead recruitment strategy for restaurant and corporate roles. - Design structured onboarding and training programs. - Foster a positive workplace culture and handle employee concerns, grievances, and conflict resolution. - Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives. - Implement appraisal systems, KPI-driven performance management, and develop training modules. - Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and safety standards. - Partner with senior management to align HR with business expansion plans. - Develop workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational development strategies. **Qualifications & Skills:** - Bachelors/Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. - 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in the hospitality/restaurant/retail industry. - Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR compliance. - Proven ability to manage multi-location HR operations. - Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing organization.
