About the Role

Chartered Accountant (CA) with 10+ years of experience

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end accounting operations across multiple legal entities.
Ensure timely closure of books (monthly/quarterly/annual) with accurate MIS and financial reports.
Oversee statutory compliances including GST, TDS, Corporate Tax, and international taxation.
Liaise with auditors, tax advisors, and regulators to ensure smooth audits and compliance.
Prepare and analyze P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
Drive automation, ERP optimization, and process improvements in finance operations.

Key Qualifications

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
with
10+ years of relevant experience
in accounting, taxation, and finance.
Strong expertise in
Indian GAAP, GST, TDS, corporate taxation, and transfer pricing
.
Proven experience in
financial reporting, MIS, and budgeting
.
Hands-on with ERP/accounting software & process automation.
Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Experience managing
multi-entity operations & working with international stakeholders
is a plus.
