Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Tele caller, located in Pune. The Tele caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, addressing inquiries, providing detailed information about products and services, and maintaining customer databases. The role also involves gathering customer feedback, resolving complaints, and contributing to team targets and goals. Key Responsibilities: Schedule and monitor Periodic Maintenance Services (PMS) for the entire fleet Coordinate with authorized Maruti dealerships and local garages for vehicle servicing and repairs Maintain accurate records of each vehicle including PUC, tyre condition, battery history, insurance, and fitness Oversee tyre and battery management, including tracking lifespan and ensuring timely replacements Conduct daily vehicle inspection reports and escalate any issues for immediate action Liaise with workshops for repair estimates, approvals, and coordination of vehicle release Regularly update fleet tracking systems or Excel sheets with maintenance data Share daily, weekly, and monthly fleet maintenance reports with relevant stakeholders Operational & Vendor Management: Manage and evaluate local garages, OEM-authorized workshops, and spares vendors Optimize costs while ensuring safety and performance standards Support emergency repairs and arrange alternate vehicles when required
