Contract Management Specialist

Role Overview: You will be responsible for reviewing and drafting Engagement Letters, leading contract reviews and negotiations, finalizing contracts, maintaining a repository of precedent documents and templates, completing accurate KYC reviews, performing KYC screening, ensuring quality assurance in deliverables, overseeing quality systems and standards in projects, and developing SOPs, guidelines, checklists, quality manuals, and training materials. Key Responsibilities: - Review and draft Engagement Letters. - Lead contract reviews, negotiations, and finalize contracts for execution. - Ensure contractual terms align with clients" legal and commercial positions. - Maintain a centralized repository of precedent documents and templates. - Complete accurate KYC reviews for potential counterparties. - Perform KYC screening and provide recommendations after reviewing counterparty information. - Ensure quality assurance and accuracy in all deliverables. - Oversee the implementation of quality systems and standards in projects. - Develop SOPs, guidelines, checklists, quality manuals, and training materials. Qualifications Required: - Candidates should have 8-11 years of private practice or in-house experience leading/supporting commercial contract reviews and negotiations. - Solid knowledge of commercial contracts, MSAs, SoWs, and end-to-end contract lifecycle. - Ability to draft in English to a high standard and carry out negotiations via email and telephone. - Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in MS Office Suite. - Excellent written and oral communication skills in English. - Highly organized with the ability to prioritize workflow and manage multiple priorities effectively.
