Contract Management Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and revise contracts (vendor, service, partnership, NDA, etc.).
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with vendors, clients, and partners.
  • Identify risks, propose mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with policies.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal/external stakeholders on contract matters.
  • Track renewals, manage expirations, and oversee contract termination processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field.
  • 3–4 years of experience in contract management, legal, or procurement roles.
  • Strong knowledge of contract law and drafting/negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and contract management tools.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
