Contract Management Specialist

As a Contract Execution professional in the Labor category, your role will involve managing various aspects related to contract execution and file review. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the smooth functioning of the procurement and supply chain processes. Key Responsibilities: - Proven experience in Labor Category Management including rate cards, job descriptions, and benchmarking. - Strong knowledge of the end-to-end contract management life cycle, including drafting, execution, governance, renewals, and extensions. - Expertise in drafting, reviewing, and executing SOW (Statement of Work). - Proficiency in Master Service Agreements, contract redlining, compliance, and legal aspects. - Hands-on experience in analyzing rate cards, cost modeling, and negotiating with vendors. - Sound background in sourcing and procurement, particularly in contingent workforce and professional services. - Identifying cost-saving opportunities and implementing risk mitigation strategies. - Conducting audits on contracts to ensure compliance. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Familiarity with reporting tools such as Power BI and Tableau. Qualifications Required: - 8 to 15 years of experience in the field. - Educational qualification: Any UG/PG degree (Certifications in SCM/Procurement will be an added advantage). - Experience with tools like Salesforce, Oracle SCM, and Tableau. - Preferably from the Banking/BFSI industry. Please note that the work location for this role is in Chennai, and the shift timings are from 5 pm to 4 am, with a 9.5-hour shift within this slot. The mode of work is all 5 days Working From Office (WFO) with no hybrid or work from home option. The notice period required is immediate to a maximum of 30 days.,
