You will be joining a 33-year-old private sector company specializing in developing and implementing innovative solutions for water supply and sewage treatment projects across 17 States in India. The company has the capacity to independently implement large EPC contracts and has diversified into BOT projects, covering design, implementation, billing, and operation & maintenance. With expertise spanning multiple industry verticals and projects nationwide, you will play a crucial role as a Contract Management Specialist based in Hyderabad. Your responsibilities will include managing contractual agreements, budgeting, costing, negotiating contracts, analyzing agreements, ensuring effective communication, and overall contract management duties. To excel in this role, you should possess skills in contractual agreements and contract negotiation, analytical abilities, strong communication skills, experience in contract management, attention to detail, and organizational skills. A legal background or knowledge of contract law would be advantageous. Ideally, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.,
