Contract Management Specialist

You are a Contract Management Specialist responsible for handling, reviewing, negotiating, and managing contractual agreements. Your main focus will be ensuring compliance with company policies, mitigating risks, and supporting stakeholders throughout the contract lifecycle. Your key responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various types of contracts, ensuring alignment with legal and regulatory requirements, collaborating with internal teams for contract approvals, maintaining an organized contract database, identifying and mitigating contractual risks, assisting in dispute resolution and contract termination procedures, and providing regular reports on contract performance. To excel in this role, you must hold a Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field, with at least 2 years of experience in contract management, legal review, or procurement. You should possess strong knowledge of contract law, risk assessment, and compliance, along with excellent negotiation and communication skills. Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite is essential, as well as the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Experience working with international contracts, particularly US-based, is considered a plus.
