Contract Management Specialist

As a Function Head- Contract Management, your role will involve overseeing the contract onboarding process for various types such as ISDA CSA, GMRA, and GMSLA. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing the onboarding process for CSA, VM and IM CSA, UMR, ISDA GMRA, and GMSLA contracts - Ensuring compliance with Uncleared Margin Rules (UMR) - Utilizing your functional knowledge to effectively onboard contracts - Leading a team of 15-20 people - Collaborating with stakeholders from Front Office, Legal, and Compliance To qualify for this role, you should have: - Minimum 4 years of experience in CSA onboarding, VM and IM CSA onboarding, UMR, ISDA GMRA, and GMSLA onboarding - Overall experience of around 15 years in Capital Markets This is a Global Head Role based in Chennai, with flexibility for candidates comfortable with Bangalore as well.,
