🔑 Role Purpose

Contract Management Specialist

📝 Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and revise contracts (vendor, service, partnership, NDA, etc.) in line with organizational goals and legal standards.
• Negotiate terms with vendors, clients, and partners, ensuring favorable outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Legal, Finance, Procurement, Operations) for compliance and alignment.
• Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies while ensuring adherence to policies and regulations.
• Provide contractual guidance and support to project teams and stakeholders.
• Monitor contract lifecycles including renewals and terminations to minimize risks.

✅ Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in contract management, legal, or procurement roles.

• Strong knowledge of contract law and legal principles.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation & communication skills.
• Attention to detail, with strong organizational and analytical abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and contract management tools.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving mindset with both independent and team-oriented work skills.
