Contract Management Specialist

As a Contract Management Specialist, your role will involve handling, reviewing, negotiating, and managing contractual agreements to ensure compliance with company policies, mitigate risks, and support stakeholders throughout the contract lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: - Draft, review, and negotiate various types of contracts, including MSAs, NDAs, SOWs, and vendor agreements. - Ensure that contracts align with legal and regulatory requirements. - Collaborate with internal teams such as legal, finance, procurement, and business stakeholders to facilitate contract approvals. - Maintain an organized database of contracts, ensuring timely renewals and amendments. - Identify and mitigate contractual risks while ensuring adherence to company policies. - Assist in dispute resolution and contract termination procedures. - Provide regular reports and insights on contract performance, risks, and obligations. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Education: Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field. - Experience: 2+ years of experience in contract management, legal review, or procurement. - Strong knowledge of contract law, risk assessment, and compliance. - Excellent negotiation and communication skills. - Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. - Experience working with international contracts, especially US-based, is a plus.
