Contract Management Specialist

Role Overview: As a Contract Execution Specialist in the Labor Category, you will be responsible for managing labor category contracts, drafting and executing Statements of Work (SOW), and ensuring compliance and cost-effectiveness in vendor negotiations. Your expertise in end-to-end contract management life cycle and strong knowledge in sourcing and procurement will be crucial for identifying cost-saving opportunities and risk mitigation strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Proven experience in Labor Category Management including rate cards, job descriptions, and benchmarking. - Strong knowledge in end-to-end contract management life cycle such as drafting, execution, governance, renewals, and extensions. - Expertise in drafting, reviewing, and executing Statements of Work (SOW). - Familiarity with Master Service Agreements, contract redlining, compliance, and legal requirements. - Hands-on experience in rate card analysis, cost modeling, and vendor negotiations. - Solid background in sourcing and procurement for contingent workforce and professional services. - Audit contracts to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders. - Knowledge of reporting tools such as Power BI and Tableau. Qualifications Required: - 8 to 15 years of experience in Contract Execution. - Educational qualification: Any UG/PG (Certifications related to SCM/Procurement is a plus). - Proficiency in tools like Salesforce, Oracle SCM, and Tableau. - Preferably from the Banking/BFSI industry. - Must be available for the shift timing of 5pm to 4am, working all 5 days in the office at Chennai. - Immediate to maximum 30 days notice period.,
