Job Description

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience in commodity management, agreement facilitation, supplier development, manufacturing, and supply chain processes.

Preferred qualifications:

MBA or Master's degree in a Technical or Engineering field.
Experience partnering with external suppliers/agent based programs to deliver agreements and programs.
Knowledge of product development, manufacturing processes and supply chain management.
Excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain relationships with stakeholders and suppliers.
Excellent sourcing, consulting, and collaboration skills.

About the job

The Vendor Strategy and Enablement (VSE) team establishes and advocates standard procedures in vendor management through interconnected functions focused on data-driven decision-making, collaboration, and alignment. We address stakeholder needs, anticipate potential challenges, and foster innovation to transform vendor engagements into partnerships that drive growth for gTech. You will provide insights, and reporting, while also contributing to agreement-related tasks and identifying opportunities for process refining and continuous improvement. The VSE Analyst will gather, analyze, and interpret data related to vendor performance, agreement compliance, category spend, and market trends, providing insights to support decision-making. You will contribute to the development of reporting tools and dashboards and contribute to the implementation of process improvements.

Additionally we provide a range of product services that ensure our products are optimized for every user, no matter where they are in the world (e.g., localization, digitization, partner integration and more).

Responsibilities

Serve as a primary contact and trusted advisor for business units, identifying and developing vendor partnerships for innovation.
Collaborate with Global Procurement to develop and execute category strategies, including market analysis, supplier relationship management, and risk mitigation.
Lead complex Request for Proposal (RFP) processes, define selection criteria, conduct due diligence, and maintain a supplier database. Lead agreement negotiations for favorable terms, identify risks, and contribute to process enhancements.
Oversee agreement execution, renewals, amendments, and monitor performance to ensure compliance and resolve issues. Develop and implement metrics to track and improve supplier performance, contributing to supplier scorecards.
Identify and lead initiatives to streamline agreement and category management processes and implement standard procedures. Lead projects relevant to assigned categories from conception to completion, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
