Job Description

As a Vendor Strategy and Enablement (VSE) Analyst at our company, you will play a crucial role in establishing and advocating standard procedures in vendor management through data-driven decision-making, collaboration, and alignment. Your responsibilities will include providing insights and reporting, contributing to agreement-related tasks, and identifying opportunities for process refinement and continuous improvement. You will gather, analyze, and interpret data related to vendor performance, agreement compliance, category spend, and market trends to support decision-making. Additionally, you will assist in the development of reporting tools and dashboards, as well as the implementation of process improvements. About the Company: The Vendor Strategy and Enablement (VSE) team focuses on transforming vendor engagements into partnerships that drive growth for gTech. By addressing stakeholder needs, anticipating challenges, and fostering innovation, we aim to create strong and sustainable relationships with our suppliers. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as a primary contact and trusted advisor for business units, identifying and developing vendor partnerships for innovation. - Collaborate with Global Procurement to develop and execute category strategies, including market analysis, supplier relationship management, and risk mitigation. - Lead complex Request for Proposal (RFP) processes, define selection criteria, conduct due diligence, and maintain a supplier database. - Oversee agreement execution, renewals, amendments, and monitor performance to ensure compliance and resolve issues. - Identify and lead initiatives to streamline agreement and category management processes and implement standard procedures. - Lead projects relevant to assigned categories from conception to completion, collaborating with cross-functional teams. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience. - 8 years of experience in commodity management, agreement facilitation, supplier development, manufacturing, and supply chain processes. Preferred Qualifications: - MBA or Master's degree in a Technical or Engineering field. - Experience partnering with external suppliers/agent-based programs to deliver agreements and programs. - Knowledge of product development, manufacturing processes, and supply chain management. - Excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain relationships with stakeholders and suppliers. - Excellent sourcing, consulting, and collaboration skills.,
