Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 5-8 years of experience to join our team as a Continental DCDP in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotels and restaurants, with excellent culinary skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and coordinate daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring high-quality food production and presentation.
Develop and implement menus, recipes, and cooking techniques to enhance menu offerings.
Supervise and train junior staff members to ensure efficient service delivery.
Maintain high standards of quality, hygiene, and safety in the kitchen environment.
Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction.
Analyze sales trends and customer feedback to inform menu planning and promotions.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting.
Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking, and presentation techniques.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
A graduate degree is required for this position.
