Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Commis to join our team in the hospitality industry, specifically in Continental Cuisine. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Assist the Chef de Partie in planning and preparing high-quality dishes.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Develop and implement new recipes and menu ideas to enhance culinary offerings.
  • Ensure all food products are stored properly and used efficiently.
  • Participate in inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in a commis role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Continental cuisine and cooking techniques.
