Ideal Profile:

• Bachelor's degree from any field of education. Having said this, talent & experience will be given more importance than college itself.
• 2+ years of work experience is a must.
• Worked in fast-paced early or mid-stage startups, thriving in high-pressure, chaotic environments.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities and delivering with speed and clarity.
• Values all forms of writing equally — from high-level creative to everyday text — with no classist lens on the work, believing all work can create impact when done right.
• Brings a strong portfolio of short-form digital content showcasing both creativity and commercial thinking.
• Approaches content with a design-first mindset and doesn’t write in isolation from design.
• Deeply curious about global markets, brand languages, and consumer trends to fuel fresh ideas.
• Treats AI as a powerful tool to elevate creativity and efficiency, not as competition — with very high integration into daily work.
• Sees content creation as both an art and a business driver, balancing impact with brand objectives.
• Experience writing short-form reel scripts with strong hooks & flows. Exposure to content creation is a plus.
• Hands-on exposure to content production and collaboration with design, brand, or creators.

Scope of Work:

Major platforms

• Build and maintain strong brand language

  across all mediums for 16+ brands — digital ads, social media, print, app/web, offline stores, and shoots(video/static with celebrity/creators).

• Evaluate and improve

  existing design/copy; identify and launch new changes with clear objectives.

• Monitor performance

  closely for any experiment and iterate quickly to improve outcomes.

• Brand and product launches

  — from research, positioning, and naming  to end-to-end execution.

• Actively build 2 brands

  on social media, including influencer collaborations, content posting, brand building and community engagement.

• Repeating Tasks:

  User communication via push/pop-ups, Chat scripts for customer care and social interactions to strengthen brand voice, Impactful app/web copy aligned with UI/UX goals to drive user action, Script corrections for social teams, and more.

• Identify effective use of AI tools and agents

  - to automate tasks efficiently in the domain of content.
