Content Management Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and update website content across CMS platforms
  
• Upload and format articles, images, videos, and other media
  
• Ensure proper SEO formatting (titles, meta tags, alt text, URL structure)
  
• Maintain consistency with the content calendar, collaborating with writers, designers, and marketing teams
  
• Monitor published content for accuracy, formatting, and layout consistency
  
• Run periodic audits to update outdated posts, broken links, and media
  
• Help manage tags, categories, and internal linking
  
• Track content performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.
  

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience managing content for websites
  
• Familiarity with one or more CMS platforms (WordPress preferred)
  
• Understanding of basic SEO principles
  
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  
• Good eye for layout and user experience
  
• Comfortable working with images, embeds, and minor HTML tweaks
  
• Ability to follow and enforce content guidelines
  

Nice to Have

• Experience using SEO tools like Yoast, RankMath, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.
  
• Familiarity with Google Docs, Sheets, Asana, Trello, or Notion
  
• Basic understanding of affiliate content and monetization strategies
