You will conceptualize and execute creative assets across digital and print formats, working closely with the content and marketing teams to build strong brand identities and compelling campaign visuals. Responsibilities Design digital creatives, brochures, social assets, pitch decks, banners & website graphics Maintain brand identity systems across projects Translate content & strategy into thoughtful, aligned visual formats Provide creative direction for campaigns & video assets Deliver high-quality outputs within timelines & brand guidelines Qualifications Experience in graphic design, brand design, and layout systems Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Illustrator/Photoshop) & Canva; Figma is a plus Strong visual sense, typography fluency, and brand thinking Portfolio demonstrating creative quality & storytelling through design Motion graphics/video editing experience is an advantage

Role Description This on-site role is for a Performance Marketer focused on planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns across platforms like Meta, Google, and YouTube. You will work closely with creative and strategy teams to ensure campaigns drive meaningful ROI and growth. Responsibilities Plan & manage paid ad campaigns across Meta, Google, and YouTube Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, funnel planning & A/B testing Track & report key metrics, optimize budgets & campaign performance Collaborate with content/design to build high-impact creatives Ensure proper tracking, UTMs, pixel integrations & analytics setup Publish weekly reports with insights, learnings, and recommendations Qualifications Experience in Meta Ads, Google Ads & Analytics tools Strong analytical mindset with execution discipline Understanding of lead funnels, CPC/CPM optimization, targeting and remarketing Basic knowledge of landing page strategy & conversion optimization Prior agency or multi-client environment experience is preferred
