Content Specialist

Eminence, a strategy consulting company focused on reputation, is looking for a self-motivated and detail-oriented Client Servicing Executive. The ideal candidate should have a strong flair for client communication, project coordination, and digital storytelling. This role requires the person to write engaging content, conduct research, manage media relations (PR), visualise creatives and handle end-to-end execution of social media campaigns.
*Responsibilities* :• Content Creation: Develop high-quality, engaging content tailored for platforms like LinkedIn and Instagram. Support in drafting and pitching stories, press releases, and media notes to secure earned media coverage for clients.• Designing: Design visually appealing graphics, images, and videos using tools like Canva to enhance content presentation.• Social Media Management: Create campaigns (develop plans, make captions and design creatives), monitor, and engage regularly. Follow algorithm updates, analyse data and build a content strategy for strong social media visibility.• Research & Insights: Conduct industry, competitor, and audience research to support content development and ensure client strategies are data-informed and relevant. Trend monitoring is a must.• Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyse social media performance metrics.
