Job Description We are looking for a full-time (in-house) talented and detail-oriented Content Writer to join our team. In this role, you will create impactful, persuasive, and medically accurate digital content across our website, social media platforms, patient education materials, video subtitles, and more. You will collaborate closely with the marketing, creative, and social media team to bring our brand’s voice to life. Your work will help educate patients, support healthcare communication, and enhance the overall digital presence of the organization. Roles and Responsibilities Write persuasive, refined, and accurate content aligned with the brand’s tone and healthcare communication guidelines. Develop content for website landing pages, blogs, case studies, social media posts, reply for reviews, answers for Quora and reddit, and do subtitles for videos. Ensure consistency in tone across all platforms. Work with the creative, marketing team to develop and execute content strategies. Collaborate with designers, video editors, and social media teams to create cohesive and compelling content assets. Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of all content pieces. Maintain organized documentation of content versions, feedback, and final approvals. Support team initiatives by proactively identifying opportunities for new content or creative ideas. Create content optimized for Large Language Models (LLMs) and ensure adherence to SEO and AEO best practices to improve search visibility and discoverability. Requirements Any degree or in a related field. 3–5 years of experience in content writing, preferably in healthcare or service-based industries. Strong command of English with excellent grammar, vocabulary, and attention to detail. Ability to write in a consistent brand tone across websites, blogs, social media, and other digital platforms. Strong understanding of SEO, AEO, and content optimization for LLM tools. Ability to research medical topics and convert complex information into simple, patient-friendly content. Collaborate with designers, video editors, and marketing teams.
