About the Role

This role requires someone who enjoys interacting with clients, understands brand language, and can transform ideas into powerful content.



Key Responsibilities

1. Client Communication & Coordination

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Understand client goals, briefs, and expectations.
  • Conduct regular update calls, gather feedback, and ensure timely deliveries.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high satisfaction levels.
  • Translate client requirements clearly to internal design, strategy, and production teams.

2. Content Strategy & Development

  • Create content strategies tailored to each brand’s objectives and target audience.
  • Write compelling and original content, including:
  • Social media posts
  • Campaign ideas
  • Video scripts
  • Web copy
  • Brochure & profile content
  • Ad copies
  • Maintain consistency in tone, voice, and messaging across all platforms.

3. Project Ownership & Execution

  • Manage end-to-end content workflows — from ideation to publishing.
  • Work with designers, video editors, and performance teams to ensure high-quality output.
  • Ensure deadlines are met and all deliverables align with brand guidelines.

4. Brand Understanding & Research

  • Stay updated with industry trends, audience behavior, and competitor activities.
  • Bring fresh, creative ideas to the table for campaigns and content formats.
  • Suggest improvements to enhance engagement and overall brand presence.

5. Reporting & Quality Checks

  • Ensure content accuracy, coherence, and originality.
  • Monitor performance of content across platforms.
  • Prepare weekly reports for client review (optional based on requirement).



Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong command over written and spoken English + Hindi.
  • Excellent interpersonal and client communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Understanding of digital platforms, branding, and content trends.
  • Creative thinking with storytelling ability.
  • Basic understanding of design/creative workflow (not mandatory but preferred).
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under deadlines.



Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree/Master’s degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Advertising, or related fields.
  • Prior agency experience is a strong advantage.
  • Experience with content tools (ChatGPT, Canva, Notion, Sheets, etc.) is preferable.
