increase brand awareness, boost engagement, and drive inbound leads

. You'll collaborate closely with internal teams to maintain consistency in messaging while experimenting with fresh and creative ideas to stand out.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Content Marketing

  • Research industry trends, competitor activities, and audience insights to shape content strategy.
  • Develop engaging written and visual content such as blogs, newsletters, case studies, email campaigns, and website copy.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with brand objectives and tone of voice.
  • Optimize content for SEO and conversion goals.

Social Media Management

  • Plan, create, and schedule posts across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
  • Maintain a consistent and engaging brand voice across all channels.
  • Monitor trends and run campaigns to improve reach and engagement.
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build relationships within relevant micro-communities.

Campaigns & Growth

  • Support campaigns tied to events, webinars, or brand initiatives.
  • Partner with the design team to create visually compelling posts, carousels, and reels.
  • Experiment with innovative formats (stories, reels, polls, lead magnets) to generate awareness and leads.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track performance metrics using analytics tools.
  • Provide regular reports on engagement, reach, growth, and conversions.
  • Recommend improvements based on data insights.

Ideal Candidate

  • 1-2 years of experience in content marketing or social media management.
  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills with the ability to create clear, compelling narratives.
  • Knowledge of SEO principles, social media trends, and engagement strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with content/design tools (e.g., Canva, analytics platforms).
  • Creative, proactive, and highly organized, with the ability to multitask and deliver on deadlines
