Role Overview


As a Content & Social Media Specialist at uTrade Solutions, you will be responsible for driving the companys brand visibility, thought leadership, and community engagement through high-quality content and dynamic social media strategies. You will collaborate with product, design, and marketing teams to create content that simplifies complex financial concepts, promotes our solutions, and strengthens uTrade’s voice in the fintech and stock market ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and manage engaging content (blogs, articles, newsletters, infographics, videos, reels, etc.) aligned with brand objectives.
  • Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, etc.) to grow brand presence and engagement.
  • Build and manage content calendars to ensure consistent, high-quality storytelling.
  • Monitor industry trends (especially stock markets/fintech) and create timely, relevant content to engage target audiences.
  • Collaborate with design, product, and marketing teams to deliver impactful campaigns.
  • Optimize content for SEO and organic reach, ensuring discoverability across digital platforms.
  • Track and analyze social media and content performance metrics (traffic, reach, engagement, conversions) and suggest improvements.
  • Support community engagement initiatives (Q&A, polls, webinars, AMA sessions, influencer tie-ups).
  • Assist in managing affiliate and referral campaigns with content and social media support.
  • Experiment with new formats, tools, and channels to maximize reach and engagement.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of hands-on experience in content creation and social media management, preferably in fintech/stock market/consumer tech.
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts.
  • Proven track record of growing organic social media channels and creating high-engagement campaigns.
  • Knowledge of SEO basics, content marketing, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.).
  • Familiarity with affiliate/organic growth tactics is a plus.
  • Creative thinker with strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Self-driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about stock markets and digital communities.
