Shift timings- 7:30 PM-3:30 AM IST, Monday- Friday

Our client

Job Overview:

They are looking for a Content & Social Media Specialist who can help sharpen our client's brand voice across all customer touchpoints, be it product brochures, sales decks, social media, or digital ads. This role will involve writing compelling copy for various formats while maintaining the brand's messaging across different platforms.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, a skilled writer, not reliant on AI tools, who thrives on translating complex ideas into persuasive, human copy. The person should be able to speak directly to the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and collaborate cross-functionally with design, product marketing, and demand generation teams to ensure messaging is clear, on-brand, and conversion-focused.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Creation

  • Write high-quality content for various formats, including:
  • Sales enablement materials (e.g., one-pagers, product brochures, sales decks).
  • Customer success content (e.g., onboarding flows, FAQs, help articles).
  • Social media content tailored for platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Web copy, including landing pages, homepage messaging, and calls-to-action (CTAs).
  • Video scripts (e.g., promo videos, webinars, explainers).

2. Audience-Centric Writing

  • Tailor content for different personas within the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
  • Adjust tone and messaging according to different stages of the buyer's journey (awareness, consideration, decision).
  • Write content that resonates with both technical and non-technical audiences.

3. Brand Consistency

  • Ensure that all content aligns with the company's brand voice and messaging guidelines.
  • Maintain consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all written materials.
  • Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to ensure the content adheres to the established brand framework.

4. Editorial Standards & Quality Control

  • Apply AP style (or house style) to ensure consistency and professionalism in all written materials.
  • Proofread and edit content for grammar, tone, clarity, and brand consistency.
  • Ensure content originality and avoid reliance on AI-generated copy.

Requirements

  • 3+

    years of professional content writing experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS or tech environment.
  • Native-level fluency in English with a strong command of U.S. market language nuances.
  • Proven ability to write clear, engaging, and AP-style copy for various digital assets.
  • Expertise in writing for different stages of the buyer's journey (awareness, consideration, decision).
  • Understanding of B2B marketing principles and content creation for ICPs.
  • A portfolio showcasing original content (no AI-generated content), including brand, sales, and social media content.
  • Highly organised with excellent time management and prioritisation abilities.

Nice to Haves:

  • Familiarity with MarTech, AdTech, or PrintTech industries.
  • Background in SEO and performance-driven copywriting.
  • Editorial or journalism background.
  • Experience working with creative teams, especially understanding of content layout, visual hierarchy, and how copy and design work together.
  • Prior experience developing product messaging or positioning frameworks alongside product marketing.
  • Ability to take ownership and run with projects from brief to delivery, proactively managing deadlines and feedback cycles.
  • A strong internal sense of urgency, accountability, and pride in craftsmanship,
  • Exceptional attention to detail, from word choice to line breaks to formatting.
