Content Marketing Specialist

About this role

As Content Marketing Specialist, you will support the planning, creation, and execution of content initiatives across brand, product, and GTM. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, loves storytelling, and is excited to build a strong brand voice from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

• Create sales enablement content including one-pagers, case studies, pitch decks, and objection-handling materials.
• Own and manage website content, including blogs, whitepapers, lead magnets, landing pages, and more.
• Support event branding with messaging, on-ground collateral, banners, and booth content.
• Develop thought leadership content: articles, POV pieces, and ghostwritten content for founders and senior leaders.
• Collaborate on PR by drafting press releases, media pitches, and briefing notes.
• Run social media content, from planning to publishing, across LinkedIn and other relevant channels.
• Drive founder-led branding by helping shape and amplify leadership voice on LinkedIn, in media, and other public-facing content.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in B2B content marketing (preferably AI, sales-tech, CX platforms, SaaS, or high-growth startups).
• Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt voice, tone, and format.
• Hands-on experience with website CMS, social media tools, and email platforms (e.g., HubSpot, WordPress, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Strong understanding of content funnels and tailoring content for awareness, consideration, and decision stages.
• Able to collaborate cross-functionally with design, sales, product, and leadership.
