Role Overview: We are looking for a Content Marketing Specialist with a strong background in B2B technology to create and lead content strategies that drive real business outcomes for our clients. This role is ideal for someone who understands complex tech topics and can translate them into compelling, audience-focused narratives across channels. You will work closely with our strategy and growth teams to deliver content that fuels demand generation, builds thought leadership, and drives measurable engagement. Responsibilities: Content Strategy & Planning – Build and execute content plans that align with client goals and buyer journeys. Content Creation – Write and develop high-impact assets including blogs, whitepapers, ebooks, case studies, landing pages, email copy, and more. Storytelling – Translate complex B2B tech concepts into clear, engaging content that connects with decision-makers. Campaign Support – Collaborate with growth marketers to align content with broader campaign strategies. Editorial Oversight – Manage content calendars, ensure consistent tone and messaging, and maintain quality across deliverables. Requirements: Experience: 2+ years of experience in content marketing for B2B Tech companies. Experience working with Microsoft ecosystem partners or familiarity with Microsoft-related tech solutions is a plus. Skills: Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, strong understanding of the B2B buyer journey, digital marketing fundamentals, content planning, and editorial management. Work Samples: You should be able to share writing samples that demonstrate your ability to create clear, compelling content for B2B tech audiences. These can include blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, thought leadership articles, or other relevant work. A portfolio or a link to published work is preferred. Educational qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Technology, or related field. MBA or relevant certifications are a plus. Growth & Go-Getter Mindset: You are a self-starter with a growth mindset, have strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple content projects in a fast-paced environment.
