The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment efforts, new hire orientation and onboarding, employee termination, payroll and benefits, employee engagement and wellness, day-to-day HR administrative operations and procedure adherence. In addition, you will build strong relationships with our company's managers in order to help them with their human resource needs. Responsibilities 1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition · Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting job ads · Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews · Coordinate with department leads or hiring managers for interview scheduling and feedback · Maintain candidate pipelines and support offer rollout processes · Streamline and maintain pre-onboarding checklist 2. Employee Onboarding · Ensure a smooth and welcoming onboarding experience for new hires · Prepare onboarding materials and coordinate with relevant departments · Conduct HR orientation sessions and collect necessary documentation · Monitor probation reviews and provide onboarding feedback 3. Employee Engagement & Well-Being · Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, team-building activities, and feedback sessions · Monitor employee morale and escalate concerns proactively · Support wellness programs and initiatives to promote work-life balance · Create and manage holiday list and employee leave report 4. Administrative & Operational Support · Maintain and update employee records in HR systems · Manage leave, attendance, and basic payroll coordination · Support compliance-related documentation and audits · Assist in HR policy implementation and communication Candidates with experience of working in IT or consulting companies would be preferred. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area 3-4 years of experience working in Human Resources Strong interpersonal and communication skills Understanding of HR policy formulation and implementation and Indian HR and Labour Laws What We Offer: Competitive salary and benefits package.
