Position Overview We are seeking an exceptional HR Generalist with MBA in HR qualification and proven experience in HR operations, talent acquisition, and organizational management. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, an understanding of modern HR practices, and the ability to manage daily HR functions with precision . Bossy or unprofessional behavior will NOT be tolerated . This role requires a balanced and professional approach in handling people and processes. Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition: Strategically communicate with universities and talent pools to acquire top candidates, focusing on fresh talent pipelines. Training Coordination: Coordinate with universities to manage the training unit and ensure effective skill-building programs. Daily HR Operations: Manage attendance, onboarding, and employee engagement while ensuring company policies are upheld. Reporting to Management: Provide daily HR status reports and insights to the management team. Employee Relations: Address queries, provide solutions, and ensure smooth HR processes across departments. Compliance & Policy Enforcement: Ensure that HR operations meet organizational standards and adhere to compliance regulations. Background Verification: Conduct strict 3-company verification to ensure candidate authenticity. Performance Management: Assist in performance tracking, review processes, and providing feedback to ensure productivity. Maintaining Company Standards: Ensure high levels of professionalism and integrity in all HR operations. Who Should Apply? MBA in HR (Mandatory) from a recognized university. 2-4 years of proven HR experience in corporate environments. Experience in University Collaboration for talent acquisition and training coordination. Strong skills in reporting, people management, and communication . Must possess soft skills and a positive, professional demeanor. Experience in daily reporting to management and handling confidential information. Ability to multitask and work under pressure with precision and professionalism. Must be adept in MS Office, HRMS tools, and compliance protocols . Excellent communication skills —both verbal and written. Bossy or aggressive behavior is strictly discouraged . We encourage leaders who inspire and empower.
