Job Title: Content Marketing Specialist Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and data-driven Content Marketing Specialist to develop and execute content strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SEO, content marketing best practices, and the ability to craft compelling, audience-focused content across multiple channels. Key Responsibilities: Plan, create, and manage high-quality content across various formats (blogs, case studies, whitepapers, email campaigns, social media, landing pages, etc.). Conduct keyword research and optimize content for SEO to increase organic traffic and search engine rankings. Collaborate with product, design, and sales teams to align content with brand messaging, product launches, and campaigns. Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of all assets. Analyze content performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or HubSpot to optimize future content efforts. Stay updated with industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging platforms to keep content fresh and innovative. Edit and proofread content for clarity, grammar, and tone of voice. Manage relationships with freelance writers, designers, or agencies as needed. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or related field. 2+ years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing, or related role. Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and content optimization. Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a keen eye for detail. Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress and marketing tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, or SEMrush. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Creative thinker with a passion for digital trends and content innovation. Preferred Skills: Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus. Familiarity with graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite. Experience with video scripts or multimedia content is a bonus.
